中国10月份汽油出口量同比激增168%

据全球石油新闻2019年11月25日新加坡报道，中国海关总署周一发布的初步统计数据显示，中国10月份汽油出口量同比激增了168.4%，达到了173万吨的历史新高，但轻油出口量下降到了13个月来最低水平的19万吨。

中国海关总署的统计数据显示，中国10月份汽油出口量比9月份报告的167万桶的6个月高点进一步上升，比2018年3月创下的169.8万桶的上一个纪录高出2%。

市场消息人士称，在10月初国庆假期前后的驾驶高峰期过后，汽油供应过剩，促使炼油厂将更多的海运货物运往海外。

与创纪录的汽油出口量相比，中国10月份的轻油出口量比9月份下降了19.4%。

这与中国国内对汽油的需求相对强劲相呼应，当时市场上对轻油的冬季需求一直较低。

中国海关总署的统计数据显示，今年前10个月，中国汽油出口量同比增长了16.7%，至1280万吨，而轻油总出口量同比增长了11.5%，至1754万吨。

China's Oct gasoline exports hit new high

China's gasoline exports surged 168.4% year on year to hit a fresh high of 1.73 million mt in October, but gasoil outflow fell to 13-month low of 1.19 million, preliminary data released by the General Administration of Customs showed Monday.

The October gasoline exports went up further from a 6-month high of 1.67 million reported in September and were 2% higher from last record registered at 1.698 million mt in March 2018, GAC data showed.

The surplus supply of gasoline after the peak driving season in early October around the National Day holiday, have propelled refineries to send more seaborne cargoes overseas, market sources said.

Contrast to the record high exports of gasoline, the country's gasoil exports fell 19.4% from September.

This echoes with the relatively strong domestic demand for gasoil, when low vapor gasoil has been in the market for winter demand.

Over the first 10 months of the year, China's gasoline exports were up 16.7% year on year to 12.8 million mt, while total gasoil exports were 11.5% higher at 17.54 million mt, GAC data showed.

This leaves about 3.09 million mt of quotas left for gasoline exports in November and December, and 3.22 million mt for gasoil over the same period.

"This might be enough for the exports before year end," said a refinery source with PetroChina.
